Barry Nugent's Fallen Heroes is available for pre-order ahead of its official launch at the Cardiff International Comic Expo. The story behind Fallen Heroes is a pretty dramatic one, and not in terms of its supernatural/espionage content. Mr. Nugent adapted his own top-selling book for the script and, after the initial publisher went bust, went on to organise the entire comic book production himself. Hard not to cheer for him.
Needless to say, if you want a top comic and a chance to support the "little guy", here's a good place to drop £2. (We've got a couple posts coming up soon about the comic industry - so forgive us our revolutionary verve!)
